We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sophie Daniel to learning & development and HR consultant.
Since joining Eames two years ago Sophie has played a vital role in the development of our Learning and Development function taking Salesforce training to the next level. Her ability and willingness to learn and pick things up at lightning speed meant she was able to fully train on the CRM system having not been a recruiter previously or used a CRM like Salesforce before.
Sophie has developed into a credible sales trainer, working on training new starters and associate consultant training programme.
Over the last few months Sophie has been instrumental in the development of a new Salesforce system for our talent acquisition and internal hiring function by learning how to do a very technical build out and configuration work.
Alongside this project Sophie has also taken on a new side to her role at Eames in HR administration working closely with our head of HR & Operations, Lauren Seal. In 2019 Sophie put herself through her CIPD HR qualification and became certified, this was a big undertaking alongside a full-time job that she is now able to utilise in her support of the HR team.
