We are delighted to announce the promotion of Rafaela Fakhre to senior consultant on the actuarial team in London.
Rafaela joined Eames in May 2019 and this is her second promotion since then. After her impressive achievements as an associate consultant she was promoted to consultant in October and in the six months since then her performance has been outstanding.
She has successfully signed up two new accounts for the team and opened new opportunities by building on her existing client relationships. Her hard work, drive and consistency is a great example of how the recruitment industry can catapult your career rapidly.
