For the past 15 years we've be recognising and rewarding excellence at Eames with our annual trip away. Saffron Club is a truly incredible weekend of indulgence that not only recognises our global top performers, but also reinforces how important relationships are in our business.

This year, we made the decision to uncap the number of places available and give anyone, regardless of level, the opportunity to qualify. This means measuring individuals against their own expectation of Excellence, rather than against senior peers. I am looking forward to welcoming more of the exceptional talent at Eames on Saffron Club next year.
