Eames features in Recruiter HOT 100 for seventh consecutive year

Published by Recruiter Magazine, the HOT 100 is a list of the UK’s most profitable recruitment consultancies. Eames have been included for the seventh consecutive year.

The HOT 100 determines which companies are best at leveraging their intellectual assets. By rigorously measuring the gross profit per head, the ranking indicates how effectively an organisation uses the skills of its own people. All employees, not just fee earners are included, showcasing our ability to balance the need for good, well trained and motivated staff against the need to minimise costs.
