We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Hong Kong team as Recruitment Consultants.

What will you be doing?
Sourcing – Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, our database, and referrals
Screening – speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles
Meetings – candidate and client meetings independently and with colleagues, remotely or in person
Networking – building own relationships, candidates, and clients
Business Development – You will have the opportunity to build your desk of Clients in your chosen specialism developing new and existing Client relationships

Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role
Proven success in with either new business or developing existing accounts
Ability to be a team player and align with Eames values
