We are looking for a HR Business Partner, working at group level for all 3 entities across the UK and Asia.

Working collaboratively with key business stakeholders, across the UK & Asia offices, you'll be supporting and advising across a broad range of responsibilities. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a challenging, broad and varied role with considerable opportunity for growth.

What will the HR Business Partner be doing?

  • Managing employee relations, advising around process and best practice

  • Staying abreast of legislative changes and managing template and policy updates

  • Leave management: managing and supporting leave (and return/reintegration) during maternity, sick, bereavement and all other types of leave

  • Conducting exit interviews & reporting around common trends/remedial actions

  • Managing and administering payroll

  • Benefits: managing our benefits, as well as assessing our benefits offering

  • Compensation: ensuring compensation is fair, and pay rises triggered as required.

  • Salary & commission scheme benchmarking to ensure competitive, as well as drafting compensation documentation

  • Location-specific filings – for example MOM/tax filings in Asia

  • Managing visa/employment pass applications

  • Managing the employee engagement survey, reporting findings and remedial actions

  • Lead on HR administration globally

  • Identifying and implementing HR initiatives as part of the company-wide growth & leading HR projects

  • Drive wellbeing strategy and agenda

  • Drive D+I and ESG strategy and agenda

  • Support in management and effective implementation of PDP and performance processes

  • HR reporting

The ideal person for the HR Business Partner role will be proactive and solutions focussed, as well as having the following key skills:

  • Practical working knowledge of employment law

  • Accuracy & attention to detail

  • Relationship management/communication skills/people skills

  • Analytical
