We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Singapore team as Associate Recruitment Consultants.

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing – Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, our database and referrals

  • Screening – speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles

  • Shadowing – candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues

  • Networking – building own relationships, candidates, and clients

  • Business Development – With progression you will have the opportunity to build your desk of Clients in your chosen specialism

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or experience in a sales/client facing role
