​We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing London team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants / Associate Consultants.

What will you be doing?

· Sourcing candidates for our client's requirements using our database, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

· Screening candidates via telephone, and face to face to match them to the right roles.

· Shadowing candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues.

· Networking and building your own relationships, candidates and clients.

A bit about you:

· You're a recent graduateorhave experience in a sales/client-facing role.

· Ability to be a team player and align with Eames values.
