We are delighted to announce the promotion of Michaella Brown to consultant on the broking and underwriting team in the UK.
Michaella joined Eames Consulting in June 2021 and quickly made her mark and achieved some very impressive results in a short space of time.
William Bragg, managing consultant shares: “Michaella has not only built a strong network of candidates across the junior broking and underwriting market but has also brought on new business with clients across Europe, including several new jobs in the M&A insurance market.
Michaella has a strong work ethic and after only six months in recruitment has shown qualities of a seasoned recruiter which is especially impressive given her first months with the business were working from home.
Michaella has also shown herself to be a true member of team Eames, always getting involved in internal training sessions and going out of her way to introduce herself to new hires.
