My role at Eames gives me the opportunity to dig deeper into what makes us a great place to work. I spent some time with Director, Mark Thomas who shared his insights into what makes Eames an undeniably strong platform for talented and driven recruitment professionals.
Here are six things he told me:
The brand - Eames has such a solid reputation in the market, it makes it so much easier to get face time with potential clients and senior candidates. We are seen as experts in our market.
The support – From marketing, to HR and finance, learning and development and talent acquisition Eames has a strong back office to enable me to focus on my role; I’ve got the support to get the things done.
The database – The business operates off Salesforce, a cloud-based tool that is user friendly. It’s also very robust and not weighted down by unusable data. And there is a great mobile app for when you’re in-between meetings.
The people – The senior management team at Eames are knowledgeable, hands-on billers that truly lead from the front. The business is led by a CEO who focuses on getting things done and empowers the managers to run their teams with autonomy and their own style.
The knowledge – There is so much of it! The team is a mix of technical and sector experts and experienced recruiters, which means there is plenty of opportunity to learn. There is a real focus in the business of continuous learning regardless of your level which is refreshing.
The opportunity – There is so much opportunity for driven recruiters at Eames. The business is agile and flexible, innovative and growth-focused.
